This Pie2k sees the welcoming back of Bill Muller (also known as Will Keith) and Jon Lung (also known as "Fake Dom" or "The guy who looks more like Dom than Dom.") Anyhow,.. it's been a while since they came up, but now's as good a time as any as we all went to Otakon together.
So, first I wanna get the simplistic stuff out of the way. Yes, this really did happen, though probably not like this. I wasn't there to witness it, so I only get what Jon and Bill tell me to go on. It's really funny to hear it because Jon talks about him as "Largo," someone with whom he's spoken and he holds with some reverence. Bill refers to him as "Rodney," and if you listen to him long enough, it sounds like Bill and Rodney are old high-school chums.
I did get to meet Rodney Caston and Ian McConville at the con, though it was muchly forgettable. My group of people (or rather, the group with which I was roaming at the time) spotted them and we decided to go over to introduce ourselves. Actually we were going over to pick on Ann (Anne?... only just met her at Otakon). She's absolutely star struck with Ian McConville... it was hilarious to watch her struggle to decide wether to go over or not. When she finally did go, we all went with her 'cause it was not a specticle to be missed.
Nevertheless, we introduced ourselves. If Ian and Rodney need a point of reference, we were that group that had the girl in black with the Choo Choo scarf/shawl thing. And don't worry, I'm not that freaky guy in face paint who was handing out cards. I was the quiet one who didn't introduce himself at all.
Well, that was drawn out and overworked, and it made me tired. I think I will post and go to bed now. Check back tomorrow (not too early, I don't get out of work until 5, then I can start doing stuff). There will be an extra special Pie2k. You'll find out why tomorrow. Unless you already know. Then you will be reaffirmed tomorrow.
