WOOT! In case you haven't been paying attention to the dates, this is the one year anniversary of Pie2k! Last summer, out of boredom and admiration for Megatokyo, I decided to write a web comic of my own. A year later, it's still my web comic, but I feel like it's grown to quite a bit more.
     I'd look back at all the things this last year has meant to me, but screw retrospect. If you want retrospect, read the archives. Instead, I'm gonna look ahead. What does the next year hold in store for Pie2k?
     Well, to say I don't have writer's block a lot is a boldfaced lie. So maybe I should introduce some new elements to jazz things up a little! How about a sassy robot who don't take no guff from nobody? Maybe a little green spaceman with magical powers that only Bill and I can see? Maybe a couple of characters will band together to for the Magical Justice Fish Rescue Squad!
     But then again, maybe not. One of the things I pride myself on is the fact that there is nothing that's purely fictional in Pie2k. Everything is based on me, my friends, and our experiences. I think that's what helps the strip stay fun... or at least for the people I know in person. It's like the joke inside the joke... and they get it.
     At any rate, I just wanted to put this up and congratulate myself because I'm a selfish bastard like that. Now it's time to sleep.
