Short Rant!
     Bill hangs out in our office at the Student Center a lot. It got so bad that at one point, Miki Cammarata, Director of the Student Center, was actually convinced he worked there. The woman in charge of hirings and payroll could not remember whether he worked there or not....
     Also, he has a nasty habit of coming in to chill with us when we're working on a ton of projects. There's no way he can plan this, he just seems to show up at the same time every day, and that just happens to be when we're the busiest.
