Making fun of Earthbound to Commie is like saying something like "Chrono Trigger sucked." It simply isn't done. Surely, these are erroneous statements, and can only be spoken (a) in jest, or (b) to incite a riot. I do hold by my conviction that Earthbound's staff had on it the laziest bunch of grphics programmers ever seen... or at least the laziest graphic artists. Play the game for yourself, and you'll see what I mean.
     Also, I think I've forced Commie to go and buy Smash Bros. at some point, just because Ness is there.
     At any rate, there's not much to report on. I ran into Wei today, and he mentioned that he hasn't worked on Senior Project at all this summer. I must admit the same. It's not as though I haven't done any programming, though. Today, in about 3 hours, I was able to get an extremely simple realtime raytracer up and running. There's only one ball in there (on account of my cutting corners), but it runs pretty quickly, especially when it takes up only a small amount of the screen.Get it here.
