Okay, so I have to move from Oak Hall to Cypress on Thursday. So I'm gonna violate a sacred rule for webcomic artists and put a strip up early. I should not have had to italicise that, as any of you who routinely read webcomics would know that "early" is a phrase rarely used on webcomics. Usually, in it's stead are things like "late," "eventually," or "not at all." For example "I'm busy, the comic will be late (MacHall)," or "I'm sooo sorry, the comic will be up eventually (Megatokyo)," or "Look, MySQL decided that not working today at all would be a good idea so there is not a comic at all today (Penny Arcade)."
I know some of you may ask, "Matt, why are you so critical of your colleuges?" and I would reply "Who the fuck are you? Get out of my room!" But the answer to that really is that these people are not my colleuges. See, I would have to be either (a) successful or (2) talented to be a colleuge. Right now I am just another fanboy. And, as a fanboy, it is my right (because I say so) to be overly critical of all things, especially things I get for free (legally or not so much so, but free). Also, by mentioning other comics repeatedly, I will come up more in search engines when looking for them (I guess) and the will make me more popular (I hope).
Maybe I'll petition Megatokyo for a link. It will probably prove ineffective, and guarantee that Piro never ever reads my comic. Oh well, c'est la vie.
At any rate, it's come round to the time where I should be shutting my computer down and packing it up into neat little boxes. Unfortunately, I will be shutting it down and jubling the piles into a huge fire-hazard pile. w00t! I might not be online for a few days, so Heather & Heather, I'll see you both for the Computer Show. Bill, I'll see you tomorrow for moving. Bill, I'll see you Saturday for a visit. Bill, I'll see you when I turn around because you're my roomate. Kurt and Dennis, I'll see you on Monday for Student Center Training. And everybody else I'll see you next week to start the semester! Adios!
