Yeah, so Bill is building a new system, but he really does do stuff with his computer, so this is probably an unfair jest. His new system sounds pretty freakin' sweet, though... pretty similar in specs to what's listed above. The only major difference, of course, is that he doesn't have a DVD ROM on his PC... instead he has another PC with a DVD ROM and decoder to watch movies on. That PC is always connected to the big TV, the 40" TV that takes crisp RGB monitor input.
