All that way for a "blush now" joke!
     Yes, all that information in there is at least pretty close to true. And no, I didn't look any of it up. I'm a geek, remember?
     The whole "Blush Now" thing is a Kurt-Bill-Kat joke. Kurt is fairly awkward around girls he doesn't know. Bill is a malicious bastard who exploits this. Kat (at the time) was a new freshman girl who had just joined the Sci-Fi Club. A few of us had just watched "Dark City" the night before, famous for its "sleep now" stuff. At the Sci-Fi Club meeting, Kurt was talking to Kat about random club stuff and actually disagreed with Bill. Bill comes back with "blush now" exploiting Kurt's awkwardness around girls.
     And he actually blushed! That's right, Bill got Kurt to blush on command. This obviously still embarrasses Kurt to no end, because to this day Bill can walk up to Kurt and tell him to "blush now" and he does, though now-a-day that's usually accompanied by a frustrated cry of "ARRRGGGHHH!!!"
